Ingredients – for making meatballs
Olive oil
Vegetable oil
Ground Meat of choice (meatball made of ground meat of choice,breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley,nutmeg, pepper, Egg & salt)
Ingredients – for making Meat sauce recipe
Onion- 1 (finely chopped)
Garlic- 2 tsp finely chopped garlic
Tomato purée – 1 can
Black pepper powder-2 teaspoon
Red Wine- 1 ½ cup
Salt to taste
Method of preparation
Pour vegetable oil and olive oil in equal proportion into the cooking pan with 12 inch depth. Pour oil enough to cook meatballs (made of ground meats, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, nutmeg, pepper, Egg and salt).
Heat the oil and cook the meat balls in medium heat for about 10 to 15 minutes. Cook the meat balls till the meatballs turns brown on all the sides. Drain the extra oil and place the meatballs on a plate covered with paper napkins to absorb the excess oil from the meatballs.
Filter out the oil from the cooking pan without cleaning it. The meat residue should remain in the cooking pan.
Add about 2 tablespoon of olive oil in the cooking pan containing the cooked meat remains. When the oil is hot, add finely chopped onion to the pan and in a medium heat sauté it until it turns translucent. Now add the finely minced garlic and cook it for a minute or two.
Add red wine to the cooking pan and put it on high heat. Gently scrap the meat remains (from the earlier cooking) sticking to the cooking pan. When the liquid mixture reduces considerably in the pan, – add tomato purée, parsley, salt and pepper. Awesome Spaghetti meat sauce recipe is ready to go with Spaghetti and meatballs.
