For the past 10 years and 6 months, I have been serving as a Product Expert at Winning Appliances, a role that has allowed me to leverage my extensive knowledge of consumer products, home appliances, bedding, and furniture sales. In this capacity, I have been instrumental in staff training, consulting, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. My skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail have been critical in driving success in this role.

Moreover, as a seasoned review expert at Food And Meal, I’ve had the privilege of delving into the culinary world, assessing and recommending the best Japanese rice cookers and kitchen appliances. This role has further enriched my understanding of consumer preferences and the evolving trends in the kitchenware market. My dual expertise in kitchen appliances and retail operations uniquely positions me to provide comprehensive insights and recommendations.

Prior to my current position, I spent six years as a Product Specialist at Redfern. This role involved advising clients on the appliances that best suited their lifestyle and kitchen design, and consulting with designers, architects, and builders to ensure the correct products were chosen, fit perfectly, and were delivered on time. This experience underscored the importance of exceptional customer service in achieving success in retail sales.

Before joining Winning Appliances, I held various positions at Harvey Norman for approximately 14 years. I served as a Cooking Appliance Specialist both part-time at Harvey Norman Campbelltown and full-time in Caringbah. These roles further enhanced my product knowledge and customer service skills.

The majority of my tenure at Harvey Norman was spent as a Kitchen Appliance Manager in multiple locations over several years. I was responsible for managing kitchen and white goods, handling stock control, liaising with sales reps, and overseeing stock ordering, rosters, and staff training. These roles required a high level of organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

In all my roles, I have consistently demonstrated a passion for my work, a commitment to customer support, and a knack for problem-solving. I believe that my extensive experience and skills make me an invaluable asset in the retail industry.
