We are all familiar with the Aam ka panna. Here is a twist to the versatile drink but with pineapple being the base. A fantastic accompaniment to any veg or non- veg starter course and a fabulous thirst quencher on any summer evening.
Ingredients:
Ripe Pineapple (Full) – 1 large
Sugar – 6 Tbsp (or as preferred by you)
Black Salt – 2 pinches
Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp.
Water – ½ Cup
Soda – As required
Mint Leaves for Garnishing
Method of Preparation:
Roast the Pineapple whole on a stove on low heat till it’s charred outside but cooked inside.
Let it rest a few minutes in a online casino nederlandsegokken bowl. Do not throw away the excess juices which would drip (Add this to ingredients to be mixed). Now slowly with a sharp knife remove the external skin of the pineapple.
Chop into small pieces.
Finely grind the same along with the sugar, black salt & Pepper and about half a glass of water to create a smooth consistency.
Sieve through a fine Filter. Pour into a jug and let it cool. Before serving add a bit of Drinking Soda (Ratio is 1 cup of Pineapple panna base to 3 cups of soda, you can alter this as per your taste) and few ice-cubes. Garnish with a bit of mint leaves.
