Yet another salad recipe for the health conscious Foodsavorites!Ingredients

Shredded white cabbage -1 cup

Shredded purple cabbage – 1 cup

Finely sliced Pink radish – 1 cup (In case pink radish is unavailable, substitute with white radish)

Finely sliced carrots -1 cup

Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves – ½ cup

Finely chopped green chillies – 1 tbsp (or to taste)

Finely sliced onion – ½ cup

Salad dressing

Lemon juice – 4 tbsp

Extra Virgin olive oil – 2 tbsp

Salt – To taste

Method of preparation

Make the salad dressing in a cup by mixing the olive oil, lemon juice and salt.

Transfer all the vegetables on to a salad bowl.

Toss the salad with the salad dressing.

Chill and serve!

Note: Instead of green chillies, you can spice it up with Jalapeno peppers.
