An easy to make healthy paratha which kids and elders would love!!!



Wheat flour (Multigrain Atta) -1 cup

Grated mozzarella cheese – ¼ cup

Finely chopped garlic – ½ cup

Cumin powder -1/2 tsp

Finely chopped green chillies – To taste

Turmeric powder – a pinch

Red chilly powder – ¼ tsp (or to taste)

Salt – To taste

Oil/ghee – To knead the dough (1 tbsp)



Method of preparation


Knead dough with all the ingredients and enough water.

Cover with a moist cloth and let it rest for an hour.

Take large lemon sized balls of the dough and roll out parathas.

Heat a tawa and cook the parathas on both sides with ghee.
