“Butter Milk” is the liquid left behind after churning butter out of the cream and is a very popular Summer Drink across India. Foodsavory is pleased to present Chitra Kannan”s version of online casino Spiced Butter Milk recipe.


Curds/ Yoghurt  –  2 cups

Coriander – 4 tbsp

Green chilli – 1/2

Cumin powder – ½ tsp

Salt – to taste

Sugar – a pinch


Water – 3 cups

Aesofotida Powder (Hing) – ¼ tsp

Method of Preparation:

Finely grind the coriander, green chilli, aesofotida and cumin powder.

Add the curd (yoghurt), water, salt, sugar and finely ground paste in a blender and mix well.

To this add the juice of half a lemon.

Sieve and Serve Chilled.
