
Ingredients
Potatoes – 4 medium sized (Boiled and peeled)
Sugar – 1 cup or to taste
Ghee – 2tbsp
Cardamom powder -1 tsp
Method of preparation
Mash the potatoes well.
Heat ghee in a pan and add the mashed potatoes.
Cook it low heat till the potatoes change color to light brown.
Add sugar and cardamom powder.
Cook for 5 minutes in low flame till the halwa consistency is reached.
Garnish with nuts of your choice.
