Fruit Pizza recipe

Ingredients used

1 Pizza dough (refrigerated) – See How to make Pizza dough

Bring the pizza dough to the room temperature before putting it on the pizza pan for baking.

Sugar (powdered sugar or icing sugar or confectioners’ sugar) -about 1/3 cup.

Vanilla essence – ½ half teaspoon

Apple jelly – about ½ cup

Cream Cheese – about 250 grams

Fresh fruits – Choose fruits of your liking. Strawberries, orange, blueberries and raspberries would give a good visual appeal.

Method of Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Properly grease the pizza pan with cooking spray or with Olive oil. Now flatten the pizza dough onto the pizza pan. Put both the pizza pan with the content into the oven. Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes, until the dough turns golden brown. Take the pizza pan out and cool the crust in the pan to room temperature.

Now beat sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese in a bowl, with electric mixer until the entire content turns fluffy. Spread this content over the cooled crust. Arrange fruits of your liking over the spread.

Now stir jelly until it is smooth and apply it over the fruit topping with a brush.

Refrigerate the fruit pizza until chilled (for at least an hour). Now you can cut this fruit pizza into wedges.

Yummy fruit pizza is now ready.
