
How to make deep fried chicken
Foodsavory invites you to try this awesome ‘Deep Fried Cheesy Chicken’ at home.
Ingredients
Skinless chicken breast – 1
Shredded cheese – 1 /2 cup
Egg – 1
Salt – To taste
Maida (refined flour) – 1/2 cup
Method of preparation
Cut pieces out of chicken breast and marinate them with salt for half an hour.
Roll the marinated chicken in the flour and remove the excess flour.
Beat the egg in a bowl.
Mix the shredded cheese and breadcrumbs well and keep aside.
Dip the flour coated chicken pieces in the beaten egg.
Coat this chicken with the cheese – bread crumbs mixture.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying and deep fry the chicken pieces till golden brown.
Drain excess oil by placing them in an absorbent paper.
Serve hot with ketchup of your choice.
Note: If you want to make a spicier version of this recipe, use crushed pepper while marinating the chicken pieces.
