Over the past decade, I’ve served as a Product Expert at Winning Appliances, specializing in consumer products, home appliances, bedding, and furniture sales to provide exceptional customer service. My expertise extends to the realm of kitchen appliances, and I have a particular focus on the best Japanese rice cookers. In addition to my role as a Product Expert, I have dedicated substantial time to consulting, training staff, and managing customer relationships, refining my skills in communication, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail.
Before joining Winning Appliances, I held various positions at Harvey Norman for approximately 14 years, including roles as a Cooking Appliance Specialist and Kitchen Appliance Manager. These experiences have further enhanced my product knowledge and customer service skills, while also requiring a high level of organization and interpersonal skills.
