
Beat the heat with some fresh Strawberries and Chilled Milk!
Ingredients:
Fresh Strawberries – 7-8 nos.
Cold Milk – 1 glass
Sugar – 1 tsp (optional)
Method of Preparation:
Cut the strawberries into halves. Blend them into a pulp with a hand-blender in a jar.
Add milk and mix well till you get milkshake of desired thickness. Add sugar if required. Serve chilled.
Note: One can also use mixer-grinder to make the pulp.
