Wheat Flour – 2 cups

Powdered Sugar – 2 cups

Powdered Cardamom – 1/4 tsp

Ghee – 100 ml

Raisins – 1 tsp

 Method of Preparation:


In a pan take little ghee and roast the raisins till they puff and keep it aside.

In the same pan heat the remaining ghee and roast the wheat flour till it turns fragrant. Then take the flour off the heat and mobile casino to it add the powdered sugar, raisins and cardamom powder and allow the mixture to cool.

Once completely cooled, grease your hands with some ghee and roll the mixture into laddoos.

You can increase the amount of ghee used depending on choice.
